Saturday Jun 14

Trail Running 1:20:00 [3]9.0 mi (8:52 / mi)
shoes: Vasque Blur 2
Planned to do 10-12 but decided to shorten up in anticipation of long workout on Sunday. Had a very good run along the trails next to the Mississippi down to Minnehaha park and to the confluence of the creek and the river. Came back the same way.

Friday Jun 13

Mtn Biking (commute) 40:00 [2]9.0 mi (4:27 / mi)
Mtn Biking (with Chariot) 50:00 [3]10.0 mi (4:59 / mi)
Hauled both the kids in a borrowed double Chariot down the the bike race in Minneapolis. Very fun races. Worked hard on the way home because Rena was attacking Jasper and he was nice enough not to fight back. At times doing almost 20 with the trailer.

Walked home from the light rail station at 1:30 this morning after a late flight from Detroit. I did not want to stand around waiting for the bus. It passed me just a few blocks before my house.
Mtn Biking 25:00 [2]4.0 mi (6:14 / mi)
Picked up Rena and Jasper and took the long way home.
