Possum Trot. Challenging Course. Good showing from the MNOC crew. My day was okay, but not great. Maybe more later.

Pre-possum Sprint. Decent Run, but made 1 significant mistake. Splits later

Goal is to do this circuit 5 times a week until mid-February increasing reps each week.
