Badger O meet at Wildcat. Great terrain. Very happy with my run even though i had about a 7 minute mistake on control 5. It could have been much worse and I was able to contain it to that one control. More details maybe later.

Road Biking 12:00 [2] 2.0 mi (6:00 / mi)

Biked with Jasper to steps by 33rd St that lead down to the river. He had patiently been waiting all day to do a trail run.

Trail Running 20:52 [2] 1.5 mi (13:55 / mi)
shoes: Vasque Blur 4

Any leftover frustration from yesterday is GONE. First, Rena greeted me at the finish line and was her usual bubbly self being pushed on the swing. It's hard to stay frustrated very long with that going on.

Then, Jasper and I went for a trail run today (his request). Is there anything more cool than a kid experiencing the sheer joy of running in the woods? Splashing in the mud, jumping over fallen logs, stopping to check out cool things and climbing some rocks. Outstanding. AND, he is running fast enough that I have to work to keep up.
