Very fun OTNT using an aerial photo nearly to perfection. Good run. 2 mistakes, going into 12 and leaving it. Other than that clean. I would have liked to see my heartrate on the sprint in. Trying to make up time against Jeff who started after me and kept leapfrogging with me throughout.

Hiked out to the falls at Willow River. Up to the lookout and back. Jasper felt his first really strong stinging nettles and did some bouldering. Rena, after having a banana for a snack ran 1/3 of a mile on the way back roaring. Interpretations varied, but she was either a monster, a giant or an alligator. It was hilarious.

Very happy with this run. Fairly clean except I missed 104 and just a bit off on the other control up in the re-entrant up on top of that ridge. Slowed significantly by running through the gree, and couldn't quite make that time up. I should have gone for the control on the dam and taken the 5 point penalty that it would have meant. Fun course.

Finished and thought I had a great time. Running the computer for others had shown some problems with running multiple courses, so I thought the DNF that showed up was related to that. It wasn't until Pete sat down and saw that I only had 11 controls that we figured out I missed number 12. Bummer.
I looked multiple times at the course to confirm the last control and each time I saw it as 11. Lesson: Look at the clue sheet, not the course.
Very happy with how this run went except for the obvious issue.

Blind-O Courses. Went first with blindfold and then guided Molly. It was a fun activity, and although Mike and Julia got the glory, we actually won by nearly a minute.

Great workout with MAJ. River Road Hill workout. Going north from our house, going up every hill up to and including the hill in the park by the Stone Arch Bridge. Two complete loops and then across Franklin and back to Longfellow Grill for apps.

Ask MAJ about the chicken wings she demanded that we HAD to order.
