Run warm up/down 20:00  2.5 km (8:00 / km) weight:53kg shoes: Swoops
Warm up on the way to start and on the way back from finish. Felt okay, need to make sure i know start time to allow enough time to properly warm up and mentally prepare and after warm down on the way back from the finish.

The run felt okay to begin with...made a couple of stupid mistakes but navigation was pretty good minus these mistakes. Definitre focal area for training is fitness...mental prep and waming down after...muscles were a bit tight. Also work on longer leg simplification.
