Treadmill 1:20:07 [3] 7.1 mi (11:17 / mi)
ahr:138 max:157 shoes: Nimbus

It band felt better. Put in the insoles I had made last year that I didn't really like at the time but I think they may have helped today. Didn't really have any expectations for today's run and it doesn't match any of the runs you assgined me but I was just happy to enjoy the run, get in some miles and to have had managable pain. I probably could have gone longer but I wanted to go to yoga. Hind sight it's probably good that I stopped before the pain really started to flare up. Overall a good run.

Kept it easy but felt good to have a nice hour to stretch after my run.

Attempted to do a long run using hills as a time to let my IT relax but was highly unsuccessful.

Treadmill (Run #3) 1:02:22 [3] 6.0 mi (10:24 / mi)
ahr:136 max:160 shoes: Nimbus

Workout #3 started at 12 min/mi increased every .25 by 1 mph to 9 min/mi then backed down to 10 min/mi for the remainder of the run. Felt really good on this run and enjoyed the challenge.

Treadmill 2:00:00 [3] 9.86 mi (12:10 / mi)
ahr:132 max:152 shoes: Nimbus

2 hour long run with 4X5 min hills at 10%. I know that I was "supposed" to go 3 hours and have more rolling hills but this is what felt good to me and I was able to keep my IT pain reasonable. I ran until the pain started then I slowed it down and went up on the incline which really helped to nip the pain before it became full on. I was also able to maintain a consistent pace both on the flats and hills. This was the first run since Jan 29th that I actually enjoyed and felt good at the end.
