Hard technical training session today around the rock and hill and Waterworks to prepare for the NOL weekend next week. Was pretty tricky both navigationally and physially.

Core Strength / Pilates 30:00 [1]

As part of JNOL training a group of us went to a core strength session with Liz. It was really interesting, especialy having ultrasounds done on our stomachs and backs. After that Liz took us though some exercises to gelp imporve on our core strength. Liz has offered to take us for more of these classes once a week.

Power Cardio is just like a Power class (weighted bar class, utilizing progressive load) except that two cardio tracks are incorporated.

Unforunately the Garmin was flat this morning so I don't know what time I did, so i have just put down the same time as last week. Was a pretty good run though.

Step is high energy cardio utilizing a step box to not only switch on and burn your cardio system but also to lengthen and strengthen all the muscles in your lower body
