Orienteering race (NOL - Long) 1:27:10 [4] 6.0 km (14:32 / km)

Had a terrible run today... despite one or two controls that could pass as being okay. Overall extremely dissapointing run to finish a not so good weekend.

Orienteering race (Sprint) 23:24 [4] 2.85 km (8:13 / km)

Had a really good start to the race but made some costly errors at the end.

Orienteering race (Middle) 54:29 [3] 4.72 km (11:32 / km) +160m 9:52 / km

A pretty terrible race that was physically challenging due to the terrain (mud and dead branches)

First waterpolo game for the year. Was a pretty close and hard game but unfortunatley lost. Played all of the game except for about 2mins in the second half.

Power Cardio is just like a Power class (weighted bar class, utilizing progressive load) except that two cardio tracks are incorporated.

Step is high energy cardio utilizing a step box to not only switch on and burn your cardio system but also to lengthen and strengthen all the muscles in your lower body

Second training for the year. We focused, again, on both technique and fitness. All together pretty good session.
