Hips started to really ache and felt sore during the day after this run

Supposed to be a build run, but ended up having to do a road run from home as not in office..

Felt okay in myself, but my hips and quads felt both sore and tight...

Only two weeks to go.... Thank god

Legs felt very tight

At about 25 minutes my left quad felt like it had a pull on the right side of it..... stopped and stretched - and ran it off......

I lasted for an hour and a half on a tread mill....

Thank god that is over

Felt quite tired, for the last 20 minutes I was hoping that a fire alarm or something would go off so that I could stop......

Good result - best half marathon time...

Hot and sunny day, started too fast and struggled towards the end of the run.....
