TOTNT - Riverdale Rally Run
What a difference a week makes. First rally run with no sketchy ice layer to navigate. The ground was reasonably solid also, allowing for good speed throughout. A new record, which only furthers my suspicion that someone will be able to run it in the 23min range.

West Loop: 11:18.7 (Cm. 11:18) AHR: 159
East Loop: 11:18.3 (Cm. 22:37) AHR: 152

Sunday Mar 11

Cycling 2:00:32 [2] 58.28 km (2:04 / km)
A great day up at the farm and an awesome afternoon cruise around escarpment country. Was really pleased with where Im at fitness wise, as I cruised along without paying attention to any numbers. Super sunny and some really nice views of Toronto and Lake Ontario from atop of the escarpment.

Venus and I finished the day off with a visit to the Bookshelf in Guelph for a late showing of Pans Labyrinth (we were too late to make the early show of History Boys).

Note
(rest day)
Slept through the alarm this morning and it would have been too tight to make it for the 8am start of the GHO Dundas Valley run. It's extra anoying as at 6:09am I was wide awake and turned over thinking I'd just take advantage of the 21min before my alarm was to go off. Then I don't even recall the alarm, which according to Venus I turned off when it rung.

Friday Mar 9

Running (Commute) 18:00 [3]
Running (Commute) 20:00 [2]
Felt very dizzy on the way home and almost had to stop and walk a stretch. I think its probably connected to the lack of eating properly in the last 24hrs in combination with my failed attempts to correct the situation by consuming 4 glazed donuts within the last hour of the work day &but common, a dozen glazed donuts for $2.49 at IGA!!!
