Went back and fixed Sunday's ride. Water bottle holder lost a bolt after 2 decades. Drank the water, cached the bottle, stuffed holder in seat pack and continued without iany more incidents (other than a minor Aragorn crash). Lost >6 pounds during the ride so I apparently wasn't drinking enough.

Quite humid and warm at the beginning but the conditions improved during the run. Happy enough with the pace given my lack of enthusiasm for going out at all. Nothing weird happened.

The first real road ride with Aidan. This was also one of the first for me since moving to Indy! Particularly with the roundabouts in Carmel, it was really nice to not have to stop every half mile for a road crossing or light. 2 flats in 2 miles for Aidan brought it to an unexpected end.
