Orienteering race 2:13:00 [3] **** 6.0 km (22:10 / km) +66m 21:01 / km
ahr:123 max:163 (injured) shoes: Inov 340 Pair #1

A very solid course at a nice venue set by Mike Minium; thank you. Hard for several reasons: park has many opportunities for parallel errors and few unique features to save yourself with; many new and old curvy trails, and lots of spurious flagging tape. For me, this was lots of dangerous "noise" layered onto my apparently insufficient attention span. I found the map to be different than many local maps in that many features that might be normally marked, like dry ditches, were not shown. It would be too much to show them on the map but I wasn't able to adjust today.

Foot still a problem. Chose to hobble quickly for most of the 2nd half to avoid aggravating it further.
