Norwich Park Run #2.

Gray and felt damper this morning but the benches weren't wet. As a result, the attendance was a bit lower (375?). I felt duller but went with a plan and was very conscious of pace, as last weeks mile splits climbed rather than fell. Aidan stayed within 5 seconds of me for the entire run and I just nipped him in the finish tenth. A substantial improvement for him and better for me too. Woo!

A casual jog/run, first half with Aidan, then we split and finished differently. Serene trails in the woods' half-darkness but I missed the pumpkin mirror on the lake of Tuesday's run.

to catch a bus to the start of our Sunday run from Lodge Farm. After 15 min on the bus, we we started to run home. Nice day, comfortable pace, new ponies to pet.

And after a drink of squash, I went back out alone for a bit more. Most unfortunately, I realized halfway through that I was really, really hungry. So I put more effort in to my lethargic run to get home to peanut butter and crackers. It was a mission, seriously!
