Let A set the pace which was lots today. Not quite recovered from Thursday's run.

It didn't seem like a nice evening to run. Overcast, cool, a bit damp, and a solid NW wind. Once I left work and got moving I realized the benefits....overcast to eliminate sun burns, cool to conserve water and energy, a bit damp to soften the trail, and the wind, oh, that was not really a perk. Managed to be under 8/mile through the first 10 for sure, the next 0.8 needed a bit of cursing, and then I was on the home stretch.

A darned sight nicer run than the last time I tried this one!

Trails at Marott and Holliday parks with Aidan. Humid and a bit warm; felt slow and couldn't fix it but it was otherwise fun to wind around all of the trails.
