Cool and damp, really rough on the lungs for 4 k then the run became more enjoyable.

NAOC Long 5.2 km/120 m (course 7a)

A better run than yesterday but still way, way off a personally acceptable run. More will need to be written after I can think about the big missteps on 3 and 6. I enjoyed the rest of the course and moved a fair bit quicker today.
