Classic course, Red 6.4k/179m.

A good run except for a huge problem with a leg in the middle. Chose a low route through light green above the reservoir and between two cliff bands rather than an easy climb-y route. Sadly, it was good, adequate, worse, poor, then just c#$p (and I was trapped). Burned 5+ minutes on a leg that should have been less than 3. I probably chose wrong, even if my route choice had been more favorable, because the other route was very open other than the handful of brown lines; buckle down and climb!

Gentle run, left leg improved but still too tight to risk a full running stride. Damp night for how warm it should have felt. I won't be surprised to see the thick fog again tomorrow.
