Not quite double the climb to get to the top of Snow's mountain (hotter today). Not really too much of a view unless you take the lift, which I ran past and back down. I should go up it and run some trails further away. Time for some posters...

Humidex was 99F and the dewpoint 74 by the end. At 7 miles, my water-laden shorts started to sag. My watch showed my pulse climb by 3-5 bpm every time I moved from the shade to the sun; given that the increase was over 15-20 s, as a human thermometer, I am at least on par with some lab thermometers. Glad to do what I intended but definitely let the effort level rise a bit in the last 3 miles just to get home where it would be cool!
