Intentionally a slower run based more on HR. Aiming to stretch a bit more and differentiate my training again. Garmin claims my stride has lengthened a bit during the past month which is helpful.

Excepting the deviously placed control #2, this was good until the last two controls and they were terrible. Excellent location and map. (Forgot my running clothes, so I ran in street clothes)

A bit slower but still felt happy until the last three controls and they were, again, terrible. Same issues as the first run, so I seem to have some learning difficulties. Maybe I should glance at the control descriptions every once in a while!
