Good until 8.5 miles, then the temperature started to creep up and my energy levels started to sag. Whipped by the end. Got a lift home from the Y rather than doing the walk.

Mildly turned ankle leaving the stream yesterday. I'm feeling it a bit more after this run.

A pretty weak run both in nav/route choice and effort. Quite hot and quite green. Jerry set some nice legs and challenging controls. Nearly took a tumble down the very large earth bank. Thanks tree!
