Made up for missing my long run last weekend with a couple of longer runs. Back on the horse with this one. Went with Aragorn for a few miles getting to see an inter-neighborhood that I didn't know about. Ran the same amount of trails and hills as normal but largely in reverse. Felt ok until about 11.5 then some cramping and fatigue made the finish less fun.
