Westchester Challenge Middle

This was a rough ride from the gate. Bounced off the circle the wrong way to the first 4 min of errors. Never really got into this map, which was much denser than the model event. The heat was a bit of a detractor on the climbs. Chock this one up to a learning experience.

SMOC Crooked Lake Red

A green to very green course. Interesting at the beginning but easier with the dog legs, and a bit wonky at the end. Started in the rain, got better after about control 4 and then mucked up 13 pretty badly; completely shut down to walking during the next two legs.
