AssaultTrack. Interesting run at the hotel fitness center. This is very disconcerting to start on as the track accelerates when you step on it, cause you to reflexively run faster, so it goes faster, and then you realize you are not ready, so you pray it will slow when you do. At the end, a similar issue. Will it throw me off the end, when I stop. Answer: only a little bit, so we are still friends.

Otherwise a pretty hard run for a "treadmill"
