Slow but slow was probably a good plan. Ran a decent amount of trails to up-size some joy in this run. Gswede mentioned in his log the joys of experiencing nature this week; to often, my runs miss this while I disappear into the exercise zone. I'm going to need to find some creativity allowing me to blend more low-intensity runs. Fortunately, there is some O next weekend.
First 30+ mile week of running in a long time but it was no picnic for my legs to adjust. It will be hard to maintain this effort with work but a decent mix of biking and running should happen. The bike commuting home is a free workout, if a bit spooky.
