Orienteering race 26:05 [4] 3.7 km (7:03 / km) +120m 6:04 / km
shoes: Integrator
JK Relays. Long Green for NGOC Mixed Ad Hoc team. ShUOC beginner and my brother on the other legs meant we were never going to threaten the top teams. (Incidentally, our team was proper ad hoc - were all 84 others in the class??? ) Tried to blitz my part - good for the first bit spiking the first 4 but then a momentary lapse in concentration saw me miss a couple and I couldn't quite run as hard for the last simple bit. Better than Day 2 I think?

JK Classic. Felt rubbish so went slowly with the aim of spiking everything. Needless to say this did not happen; I was just slower than usual, making the same (if not more?) mistakes... Long next year I think...

Queen's Uni Sprint. This was ok, couple of errors, 14th/146. Felt very slow and back aching after lugging my bag from the bus station...
