shoes: Mudclaw

Welsh Champs at Pwll Du. Ran most of this with Jonathan Rhys (again) after catching him 2mins. He pulled away a bit at the end. Errors on 1 (1m), 13 (2m - unmapped motorway) and 23 (1m). Beaten by some kids but no women / old men. Not too bad for this type of area. Beat the Bown(?)

Checking control placement for WNL at Mallards Pike. Several were (initially) in the wrong place so my informal controlling was quite important! Quite a bit of running up and down to double check things.

Some kind of grass verge most of the way but shins / knees not especially enjoying the interim sections of road and pavement.

My own course today, trying to use routes / control sites I haven't yet done. Found some nice bits which were apparently 'green' according to the map.
