Miss at #2 (not enough map contact) [90]
Major issue at #3; searching around the streams / ditches quite a bit earlier than the actual ones due to the forest being not too bad (when it was meant to be worse than shown) and the streams continuing all the way to the top path (which the earlier streams did not according to the map...) [6m 30s]
#13 Got caught at the top of a massive cliff. Made it to the bottom alive, but then did some unecessary climb and had to do the same again further on [4m]
#14 Slow nasty initial descent then entered grot too early - flag was visible from path [90]
#16 Not entirely sure why the control had to be located at the centre of the worst bramble patch I have encountered (ever?) [2m]
#17 Tried to find using edge of open - error as extent of open was not marked accurately [60]
#18 Took a bearing rather than relying on vegetation and found it ok...

Nasty.

Rehearsal and Christmas Concert.

Drove ~ 520 miles back from Peterhead (almost 12 hours)...
Impromtu night O in the Forest to celebrate.
Unsurprisingly concentration was not there!

MAROC Deeside Night Cup Shooting Greens.

Working in Peterhead (!) tomorrow so had the day to get there. Cheeky stop off near Banchory for O and Ashvale F&C!

Hadn't been to this area before - was pleasant but too much bracken hiding rocky ground to get up much speed in the terrain.

Bagged first start and had the course to myself - other than a handful of lights at a course crossover point pretty isolated!

Made a bit of a hash of #3 and #7 but overall better than my embarrassing outings in this series last year!

Results awaited due to two controls having their numbers interchanged creating general confusion.

Edit: First two legs voided (which I did well and it was only the code on the first that was wrong...)
