Mick told me to go for 45 and so I did. Ran from home to the track in Aldershot. Legs feeling pretty tired from weekend. Nice morning :)

Drills with Steve Connor again. Lovely and sunny. He is sooo nice! Good to chat to. Mick rocked up afterwards and we had a chat. He's off to Kenya for 3 wks on Wednesday though :( But yea he's happy with me at the moment as said Im focussing on running for now. Got two hugs from him AND a kiss on the cheek haha, sly devil!

Another bad race. Messed up 1 and 2 then was fine after that. Bad exit out of 10 so ended up taking a bad route choice. Going fine again till after the spectator control and due to tiredness was orienteering to the wrong control, got seriously confused and lost quite a bit of time. Then realised what a fool I was being and got back into it. Soooo tiring. Not being able to run well for the last 2 weeks was really felt today! Cant say I enjoyed the race. Mehh kinda fed up with orienteering now..

Had a bad race. Took me until over halfway round to understand the map and area and by then had made too many mistakes. Lost 2 minutes at 3 and then another minute at 5 and then another 2mins at 6. Got it together after that though. Had quite majority of fastest time then. Need to technically get better, so sloppy and inconsistent at the moment..

Played 3 sets of 25 against Dane. He won 2 but only just. So fun, even though I know we aren't playing it right! No idea of rules, can play for free so why not ;)

Worked 9-2 then did squash, gym, had lunch then worked again 5.30 till 10.30 - long day. SHIs tomorrow!!

So one of the young lads at the gym is gunna train me up proper good. Took my measurements, eeek! Although ive lost 4kg in the last two weeks which is good. Wanna get back down to 9st5. At 9st11 now..

Went through a routine focussing on my weaker spots. This should be good :) Gotta have an injury free winter :)

Me, Daddio and Daneo went round together. Dad blind as a bat so just followed. Me and Daney Boy took a control each at a time. Only one control in the woods, rest in urban. Good fun though. Hams feelin better :)

Hamstrings still not good, saw physio she sorted me out. Spoke to Mick, he said not to do the intervals session go to the gym and cross-train. So I did because Im a SENSIBLE ATHLETE! SO hopefully by next week, I'll be back on track! :) :)
