supposed to be 5x5min hard but just didn't have mojo. legs felt great but mind didn't focus on task at hand.

on the flip side we had a great day at work...successfully cut our first 2 columns out from underneath the library. 12 more to go.

course setting for Battle the Bluff w Erl and T. we kept T on a leash for the first 5 miles to conserve her energy. she swam at least 20 times to keep core temp down. Good girl!! this went SO much better than last year since we had the gate open and finished in daylight w enough time to head into Potosi for dinner at Dos Primos.
