Peat's Hip RIde + Calloway w Erl on the 'birds (bc my MTB is still getting fixed from ARWC...). wasn't super peppy to start, but just told myself "oh jeez this is only a 4hr ride you can get thru it" and the last climb up Hamburg was great. super nice day out there.

it took me until yesterday to really feel normal. i wasn't super vigilant on sleeping a lot but 2x 10hr nights over the weekend helped a bunch. first run back, felt sluggish throughout.
