a loop of Lewis w Erl n T 60min EZ, 30min hard. made it around in 81min but tacked on an out n back to fill the time. T was off-leash after mile 3 and did so good!

TONS of cars in the parking lot and a lot of trail users. 2 accidents - one lady w a reported broken ankle being helped out by her friends, and other lady with a head wound from a fall being helped out by her partner. what was going on today?!
