The Lockdown - Stage 4
Plan B in Greensfelder after we drove to Don Robinson and it was closed.
Pretty hot to start but we just hiked.
Highlight - we found a cool cave via the Geocaching app, and wiggles inside for a find. It was awesome!

Paddle 48:05 [3] 3.06 mi (3.8 mph)
shoes: Alpacka Gnu

The Lockdown - Stage 5A
Paddle from mini-RR to the Chubb slough. Saw a copperhead on the trail to the put-in. Actually found a decent take-out in the slough.

Walk 1:41:20 [3] 3.26 mi (31:05 / mi) +396ft 27:53 / mi
ahr:114 max:165

The Lockdown - Stage 5B
Trek from the slough to under 44 via Chubb. Pretty fun, and a great way to take advantage of the packraft. Constant thunder but didn’t get rained on. So peaceful out there.

Paddle 46:30 [3] 3.76 mi (4.9 mph) +10ft
shoes: Alpacka Gnu

The Lockdown - Stage 5C
Paddle from 44 back to the mini-RR. A mellow way to finish out the day.

The Lockdown - Stages 2 & 3
We combined both biking stages (road and trail) for this one, most of the true trails in the area are too wet to ride. Started w a delicious breakfast at Bike Stop Cafe and headed out on the Katy. We met the Sona’s on their tandem near The Mound, did Busch Wildlife (way to much car traffic to be enjoyable), then the Terry Hill loop. Found two geocaches.

The Lockdown - Stage 1
we wanted to do The Lockdown over Memorial Day weekend but didn’t really do any planning. So after work Friday we printed out the “clue sheet” and pieced together a plan. Turns out it would make our lives easier to do something that night so Erl suggested a long night neighborhood “urban hike”. We could even bring T and then she would be tired for us being away all day Saturday. So we just walked our normal neighborhood run route and even found our first geocache. Beautiful night to be out.
