this is Erl's track since I forgot my watch, but we ran together w Tess.
the plan was 16 miles but I stopped at 12 bc of gradually increasing PF pain in my right foot. I've been dealing w this off and on all fall/winter, but it hasn't affected my running until today - mostly it would be post-run pain. anyway I felt it tweak about mile 2 and then just fade in and out until about mile 10, then felt it every step. tried loosening my laces, that helped a bit, but ultimately decided to stop early. aerobically i felt decent.
i wore the Sense Pros so maybe not the best choice of long run shoe (although i have worn then for entire ARs and other long runs)
