Started with lunges and suspended lunge squats
kettle bell dead lifts
farmer walk
floor included leg lifts with one knee bent
double leg lifts
lots of pulll ups with trx
jumping rope 5 x 40 sec , 20 sec rest
hard workout, even Kellen said so.
