Note

No running today and tomorrow. Had a medical procedure that is recommended after you turn 50! I won't go into detail but the lead up to the test was pretty miserable and all checked out well and let's just say the system is cleaned out. Since a bit in recovery mode still, figured this was probably decent timing to have zero days.
