Orienteering race 42:50 [4] 6.6 km (6:29 / km) +150m 5:50 / km
shoes: Icebug O-shoe
Nice middle distance race in the Eagle Rock reservation.
Physically I struggled in the first faster session since weeks and with the warm (but not even hot) temperatures. Rather annoyed that after a safe start I also added a 2min parallel mistake (to 5) and some other smaller mistakes (8,10,17)
Forest was still mostly very well runnable. Green on the map mostly left some room for interpretation.
