Marathon pace training . very windy. 3k60m loop around a lake in Divonne. loop times were: 11.18 (164), 11.31 (168), 11.35 (168), 11.31(170), 11.40 (171), 11.30 (172). Felt my legs as of 4th loop (a very windy one). No problems with the lungs/heart. However, I don't like the increasing pulse over the 18k's - a too fast pace for a marathon (at least in this windy weather).

Marathon pace run in Elgg. Quite tough start against the wind and slightly uphill. Second part felt much better then (no wind and downhill). Running on asphalt is not really my favorite though.
