Mountain Biking 1:30:00 [3] 28.2 km (18.8 kph) +500m

Finally managed to get out on the Bike.
Had to realize that with18-20 years most of my bike equipment is at or beyond end of lifecycle but finally managed to get a combination together to go out.
Went for a combination of on and off the road to re-start.
To Lewis Morris Park, a short round on the trails and on the backroads back.
Very cool trails in the park.

Great opportunity to finally go out again for longer than 1hr.
Started slow and controlled and in around 45min to 62. Then decided to take on the challenge with the 75 - Didn't succeed though and after a short loop continued to 73. According to GPS I was not far enough a bit too low. Couldn't find anything in the area to relocate though as the yellow was quite different in that area.
Messed up to 71 - felt like a much longer distance and even took the safe relocation on the path crossing. Seems I passed the controls by a few meters already the first time.
Had therefore to skip 74 and speed up a bit to make it through the 51/41 cut to the finish. Got stuck in the green towards the last control and had to go around.
Nice training! For point optimization I probably should have stayed with the original plan to skip 75.
The map is still very usable - 1, in some cases 2 levels greener but still runnable. Pathes are from hardly visible (52-54) to still very accurate (e.g. to 62)

DVOA Gould run
after a week with scuba diving i took the opportunity to head out for some orienteering again.
started ok but blew up on the 4th with 10min not taking the time in the fine-o zone. Added another couple of min's at 6 and 15 where i wasn't able to figure out the semi-open areas. Not surprisingly I got pretty tired towards the end.
Nice forest and course!
