Orienteering 57:30 [3] 6.5 km (8:51 / km) +510m 6:21 / km

Combined running/O-session in Höhronen with Thomas.
330m climb as warm up to the start, then 3.2km/180m orienteering "downhill".

Note

Past 4 days were dedicated to gardening. Perfect training for the next XC session - at least I hope;)

Tough course with lots of climb.
Was wasted already after half of the course...

Milchsuppe OL in Einsiedeln.
Nice course. Sometimes I ran not clean enough and a bit too slow to get a good flow. Besides some 2-3 x 5sec I especially lost 30-40sec between control 11-15 (on 3min running)
