O-Meet, B/C race (Green) 1:50:00 [5] ***** 5.1 mi (21:34 / mi) +300m 18:14 / mi
ahr:161 max:184 spiked:7/13c slept:8.0 weight:159lbs shoes: New Balance 940 (white)

Was only able to get the first 6 points and GO. This course was extremely difficult for a Green level. The map was also fairly inaccurate.
Got lost between 3 and 4 because I couldn't find the fence. Got lost between 4 and 5 because I did not want to lose elevation, and the map was not accurate enough to follow roads and pipelines. Ran out of water by point 5.
The meet wasn't terribly disorganized, but the combination of bad course setting, inaccurate maps, and road blocks leaving the event make me wary to attend a meet hosted by boy scouts.

Run 14:03 [5] 1.25 mi (11:14 / mi)
ahr:169 max:184 weight:155lbs shoes: New Balance 940 (white)

Had to walk for about 3.5 minutes (~.3miles). Legs still worn out from 5K, and my ankles and lower legs started to lock up.

5K race 34:43 [5] 3.08 mi (11:16 / mi)
ahr:171 max:191 weight:154.8lbs shoes: New Balance 940 (white)

Legs quit before lungs. Slowed to a walk for a total of 6m53s. Stopped for 55 seconds to use port-a-can. Last race ran at 11m39s/mile. This race ran at 11m16s/mile. Would have been 10m58s without stop.

Run 13:46 [5] 1.25 mi (11:01 / mi)
ahr:170 max:184 rhr:100 shoes: New Balance 940 (white)

Legs gave out before lungs, probably because I didn't rest enough after the 5K. HR seems to be lower for the same amount of work.
