Swimming 15:00 [3] 0.55 km (27:16 / km)

Lido (wetsuit) - arrived too late for the planned 800 (just as well), so 100 wu. 400 in 7.59.5! 1.53, 2.04,2.02,2.00.5 and 50wd. Was expecting to be slower than last Sunday. Barely kicked and found one strong kick to assist roll and one weak made a difference.

Send Loop - Managed to switch timer off, rather than on at the start. I knew I needed glasses to cycle for some reason. Calf slightly sore at the end.

Swimming 18:00 [3] 0.6 km (30:00 / km)

Lido - lunchtime Friday before half term on the hottest day of the year. Took 15 mins to get parked and walk back across the park. Jumped the 100 people queue with my season ticket. Lanes were removed after 10 mins and managed 3 x 100 before lanes were removed including 1.59 non-wetsuit PB. Then did fist drills in the central deep section and got out. A bonus to have got any swimming done when I was stuck at home midday.

Back improving after chiro session. Normally takes a fortnight to get the full benefit.

Lido - wu, drills & 4 x 100 av 2.03. During the afternoon 23 degs outside. Like a normal lido with kids and sunbathers, plus a lane where we all of a similar standard - brill!

Note

Chiro session - have a much better understanding of the issues now, which are essentially the same each time. Time I had pre-booked sessions for prevention.
