Social Mod Ride - Milford-Churt-Wyck loop-Choc Frog(cafe)-Bordon-Frensham
Rode as tail-end Charlie as had no mudguards. Mud & puddles everywhere, bikes looked as though we'd done cyclocross, but it did stay dry! Some tired legs today. Found the pace easy throughout, including the hills as had to be near the back. Pace estimated as gaps in garmin.

Felt I could have done 50% further today at same pace. Finished relatively fresh and legs felt the same at the end as beginning, which is the first time for ages.

SSP(25) - very rusty. Easy pace was all I could manage, with frequent mistimed mouthfuls of water. Not sure why, as feet were nice and high w/o buoyancy shorts.

To E Horsley - 3 mile wu, then roughly 1 min hard, 1.20 cruising at a good pace, and faster approaching lights & on hills. Pitch black for much of the time, so went on feel, that worked better than last week. High & low HRs increased during the session.
