Chesty very mild flu like symptoms- grounded.

Round trip to Mytchett - during the afternoon school run- yuck.
Finally out on a road bike without a squally wind, and pleasingly felt quite strong. Fitness progressing.
Managed to fall off at a stop sign junction. Should have unclipped both sides so the fast approaching car wouldn't have caught me out- idiot! Bruised R elbow to add to Sunday's bruised L hip.
