Dunsfold-Ewhurst-Drungewick-W Chiltington-RSPB(cafe)-Coldwaltham-Riverhill-Dunsfold
Group ride left early(!), so missed them at pre-planned 5 mile point, grrrh! Waited for 15 mins. Then was determined to ride at well above group pace to make a point and make sure I saw them at the cafe. 28 miles out at 17.4 pace with slight tail wind, 19 hilly miles back at around 15.
Fab route, best I've been on. Pleased with pace. Fitness progressing nicely.

Note

Saw chiropractor - Much delayed appt. Easier to fix than usual, which was surprising after some back crunching MTBO and two low speed road bike falls. Must restart pilates exercises, now I'm sorted.
