Social Ride - Milford-Binsted-Farringdon-Choc Frog-Binsted-Punchbowl turnpike.
Weaving lane route in the sun. Stop/start after cafe made it more tiring. A few efforts on the hills and flats but otherwise an easy chilled ride.
Was up until 1am indexing gears and gave up. Propel worked fine after 18 months, after dusting down & oil.
Hamstring preferred the old stead with seat 5mm down.
