(injured)

Hamstring went after 10 mins- deja vu. This time the warmup was thorough. Seems I was too tight after two recent rides.

The usual with all the stretches. Feeling tight on quads, hamstrings no worse than normal.

Ride with C. Punctured 5 miles from home. Tubeless tyre resealed just before it went totally flat. Love this bike!

VCGH Spin Session - first good experience of a spin class. Tailored to club riders & good communication from leader.
Wu, some THR blocks of 2 to 4 mins. 4 x max power efforts. From memory 685, 730, 765, 781W.
Great session. Don't use power & cadence (typically 110). Both numbers were higher than expected.
