SN Trophy Windmill Hill - short blue
Good technically. Both hamstrings tightened over last 10 mins. Pleasing peformance - 1st/59.
4. Around walk to control 4, but straight thro' fight to 5!
6. -15s, niot sure which path I was on.
12. -30s, thought I hadn't crossed road & fortuntely saw earthbank.
13. -20s, didn't understand fences & should have stayed on paths.
14. -30s, too low and had double diagonally back.
15. Still not sure what RC was best.
First time O with HRM. TH around 162 at 6 degs C, around 6 above cycling at similar temp.

Bordon Army Event short green - 3.1k
Technical event. Just one error over a minute, but no rhythm and lots of pausing and small errors. Short ride & run worked well.
