Note

Although I barely broke stride when hamstring tweaked on Wednesday, it feels worse than on previous occasions, so probably made a mild injury worse. Had planned on running BOC before concentrating fully on cycling.

Army - Ash South - Sh Green - 33.51 - Enjoyable technical middle style course with controls in green
Did a longer 1.6k warmup and repeated stretches and mildly pulled L hamstring going over brashings- ain't getting any better!
Maybe 30s lost apart from 12. Tried unsucessfully to relocate on ponds that were marshes on map (where I thought I was). Lost 2.30. Another 30s laces & garmin.

3.00 on 30s off. Working harder than last time - the belt helped. Even got a mild sweat on.
