Social Mod with C via Four Marks, S Wanbgh(cafe)-Alice Holt-back cafe above Headley.
No legs on hills. C bonked before & after cafe, so left him to sunbathe at Alice Holt cafe. Lovely roads around Four Marks & some agricultural ones that left us smelling the cafe out!

Secretts-Alfold-Ashington(overshot turn off)-Barns Green(cafe)-Loxwood-back(curry as reward!)
17 miles/hr gusting to 32 westerley, around 2c with wind chill, 3 layers just enough. Out heading SE wind assisted on open B roads,back mainly on the lanes at a higher HR. Hard ride(solo), 2 k/hr quicker than expected- fitter than expected.
