N Downs woodland explore from Staples CP. Some huge quarries above Combe, and smaller sized quarrying over several acres on W to E slope. Not big enough to map without larger more runnable nearby.
Both hips painful.

Took co codamol last night/today and saw RT new chiropractor. Prescriptive about do and donts over the next week.

Booked to see a new chiropractor on Friday and decided not to enter November Classic to reduce chances of reversing their work within 48 hours.

MLS Pyestock - ran 10.8k
SI misaligned with raised L hip. Plus back in afib. Was OK until 50mins when stopped to relace shoes and fully seized up. Plod was a pained stagger by end. On the plus side, hit 20 controls cleanly in thick vegetation.
4. 7 mins control 40m away in gully hillside rather in gully within large reentrant. Odd one!
12. 3 mins, vague AP and paid the price bouncing back.
13. 2.30, ran on vague path instead of correct one and relocated incorrectly.
16. 1.00, gorse bushes mapping?
Run to finish 1.00, didn't commit to "gaps" through gorse.
