Punchbowl Fartlek - mixture of fartlek terrain run, fence climbing, bracken flattening and 50m hill intervals. Wanted to wake up every muscle group at different paces to avoid getting stuck in "ultra" shuffle mode- worked.

Not enough early nights this week given lack of sleep and physical weekend.
Only slept 3.5 hours afterwards. Better shape than after SGL3D, only to be expected. Not too much muscle damage, especially around knees. mostly down to gentler descents.
